The Windy City
Chicago is home to nearly 10 million people, the tallest building in the US, some of the most die-hard baseball fans alive and one heck of a good Geoteaming course. Navy Pier, Millennium Park and the Dick's Last Resort highlight the attractions on your Chicago adventure. Well Dick's may not be a highlight in and of itself, but your mission once you get there definitely will be.
Your exploration of Navy Pier will take you by the famous 150-foot-high Ferris wheel, an 18-hole miniature golf course, and many street performers including jugglers, mimes, stilt walkers, comedians, singers and musicians. Some of these performers may be involved in the event, so keep your eyes peeled for hidden clues.
Millennium Park was created as a way to transform old rail lines and parking lots into new parkland in the city. The park creation was a huge success and has been noted by some historians as among the most significant millennium projects in the world.
Named after Ulysses S Grant in 1901, Grant Park is amongst the most beautiful urban parks in the United States. Bordering Lake Michigan, this park houses the Museum Campus, the Shedd Aquarium, the Art Institute and the Field Museum of Natural History. Other notable features include the Petrillo Music Shell where famous musicians from all over the world perform. Grant Park is truly an urban oasis that you will be able to explore extensively during your Chicago Team Building adventure.
